Issue finding Root Class for .Net System.Text.RegularExpressions(4.0.0.0)

Hi,

I am using .Net to do Regex in Teststand, 

The issue is the  System.Text.RegularExpressions(4.0.0.0)  Assembly does not show any class information ?

Any idea how to add it so I can carry with my string Operation..
