.NET method Side by side configuarttion is incorrect

Problem: I have sequence file that calls the following .NET method but continue to recieve this Error: The .NET method 'connect' threw an exception. The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuartion is incorrect. Error Code: -17500.

I would like to know what steps to take to resolve the issue.

What .NET code are you trying to call? It sounds like it might not have gotten installed correctly.
