NI MAX Devices and Interfaces Missing Start/Landing Page for each Device

Hi all,

I'm not sure which board to post this, but since the workstation uses NI TestStand, I used this board. When NI MAX is loaded, and the Devices and Interfaces group is expanded to show the various devices/interfaces. All good so far.

However, when I proceed to click on each device, the panel/landing page to the right goes dark grey. When you click on Devices and Interfaces a landing page shows up with details about that group. Not so for each device. I tried resetting all configuration and restarting. No such luck.

What can I do to resolve this so that I can see each device/interface? A second workstation with identical devices work fine so it appears to be specific to this one workstation.

You're right, this issue has most probably nothing to do with TestStand 😉

FIrst thing I would try would be to compare the installed software packages between the OK-TestStation and the problematic one.

If no differences show up, I'd try repairing NI May and the drivers on the problematic one.
