NIMAX sees Labview runtime installed but Test Stand config doesn't see it

I installed labview 10 runtime, restarted the computer, opened NIMAX and Max sees it.

But on my 2017 test stand, when I go into the Labview adapter Configuration menu and look at the runtime dropdown, it doesn't appear.  Other runtimes appear but now labview 10 runtime.

Why?

In short, it looks like TS2017 supports LV2014 - 2018

Based on documentation, that sounds reasonable.

What is interesting however, if you look closely at the runtime adapters picture I included, you see runtimes for 2013 and 2011 in the supported list??

You would think those runtimes should not be listed.

But I will take your answer as that is what the documentation says.
