Problems with NI Switch Executive and TS2022Q4

I encountered a Problem using NI TestStand 2022Q4 or 2023Q4 both 64-bit with different versions of NI Switch and Switch Executive on multiple Client PCs with different HW PXI Systems. All have the same Errors!
When i use the Switch Menu in Step Settings in TestStand with a simple Virtual Device with 1 PXI Switch Card in it (2524 or 2530B) with 1 route the following error occurs:

-17500 operation failed - "A call to open a session to the device failed"

The Operation (Disconnect All, Connect Route, Disconnect) doesn't matter. its all the same error!

NI LabVIEW Examples for NISE can't run too.


NI MAX Debug Panels, Self Tests, etc. are working fine.

Last Friday everything was running ok, since Monday it crahs on 3/4 PC/Systems.

I tried Reinstalling NI SWITCH Drivers etc.

Today the next PC doesn't work any longer after Installing .NET  Update via Windows (10).
Anyone else with these Problems?
