The same help items are not showing up on two computers

My colleague and I have the same version of TestStand (2012) with the same rights and when he goes to NI TestStand help->Search->TotalTime, he gets 4-5 topics.  When I do the same, I get "No topics found". 

Why would this happen and what can I do to fix this issue?

Do you have any of these options checked at the bottom of the Help screen?

I tried all three options and still the same result.

TestStand 2012 SP1 fixes this search issue in the help system.
