To measure the distance between the current posistion and object its ULTRASONIC SENSOR

To measure the height of the object u can use DISPLACMENT SENSOR   http://www.sensorcentral.com/displacement/laser01.php

I m santhosh by the user name imsan. I ve uploaded my abstract in the second post. How to interface arduino which controlls 6 servo motors with labview and controll the motion of servos using labview sir? also can i interface lpc 2148 which is an ARM 7 controller with labview?

Hi sir,

I ve a doubt. I ve typed it a bit eloborate sir. My aim is to get the anolog inputs from the flex sensor and convert it into digital using the inbuilt ADC in Arduino maga and then to interface Arduino directly with labview. Next the labview reads the anolog readings and the graphical robotic arm.vi acts according to the input signal that is obtained from the human hand. Then a Zigbee module is interfaced with Labview which then transmits those digitally converted signals to another zigbee module which is interfaced with the robotic arm. The flow chart i ve mentioned below ll be easy to understand..

Flex sensors---> Arduino------------->Labview  ---------->zigbee (Tx)---->zigbee(Rx)------->Robotic Arm                                                                                                           (analog data)       (DAC)      (which has robot.vi                                                                                                                                                                                                                          & servos moves accordingly)

My question is can Labview act as an intermediate to transfer anolog readings from sensor to bot arm which on its way showing the graphical simulation of robot.vi move according to the sensor values?

Please find the link for the labVIEW with Arduino  http://sine.ni.com/nips/cds/view/p/lang/en/nid/209835...U can access the I/O but u cant dump the code in it.

How are u going to interface the LV with Zigbee? If Zigbee  has got the serial communication port (RS232) u cant interact with LV using VISA   .http://www.ni.com/white-paper/3702/en/

Hello sir,

This is urgent sir.. I m confused on what hardware to select. Actually i  use this hardware, whether it may be sbRIO of chipKIT u32 on the transmitter side i.e.,at the human arm side.The human arm produces 5 to 6 analog signals which has to be converted digitally, so that each analog signal produces 8 digital data totalling to 40 or 48 digital signals. So i need 48 digital i/o pins and 5 to 8 analog input pins.. Which board to select sir?

Hi sir,

          if we use single DAQ analog output to perform multiple operation in various loops it shows an error when higlight execution is not turned on, but when higlight execution is turned on it does not show any error.

why is this happening?

how to rectify this?
