Considering it took 9 months to get the first reply, I think the answer is "No, this group is not active."
The rumors that I have heard are that places like Hach have their own internal user groups, and there weren't enough others to maintain interest in a group. The ALARM group, meeting in Golden and the NI Training center near Boulder still meets every other month.
