NI Days is second only to NI Week in technical content for test, measurement, and automation applications. NI Days is free all day event that is open to all NI customers to learn and network. This thread is meant to provide logistics information to help you get to the conference if you reside in the Orange County area.

Getting there: There are many ways to get to San Jose, including making the 7 hour drive. The easiest way is to take on of the the Southwest Flights, coined "the nerd bird", from Orange County John Wayn Airport, SNA to San Jose, SJC. Flights leave 7:20 AM to 9:55 PM on Monday, December 8th and return Tuesday December 9th at 7:20 and 9:15 PM with the current lowest round trip cost at $134 if you book today 10/23.
Getting to your hotel: Rental cars are easy to access adjacent to the SJC terminal. Hotel parking in downtown San Jose can be pricy. Sharing a taxi ride and door to door shuttles are generally more cost effective to get downtown. The shuttle services are linked below from the San Jose airport ground transportation site:

Getting around San Jose:
The light rail system stops at the San Jose Convention Center. There are many restuarants and attractions within walking distance of the convention center as well.
