Oregon LabVIEW User Group 2023 Meeting

Hello everyone,

We're looking to get LabVIEW user group meetings started up again here in the PNW.

Date and location are TBD, but I'm hoping to get something organized for June/July 2023 in the Portland area.

Please feel free to reach out directly or respond to this thread if you would be interested in attending, presenting, sponsoring, or even hosting.

UPDATE: the 2023 Oregon LUG meeting will be held on June 28th, please use the link below to register:

We have 2 or 3 people that would attend.  I was thinking it would be good to meet at a pub or restaurant like maybe McMenamins on Broadway in Portland.

We would have 2 or 3 people as well and could potentially host, but would definitely need to confer with management.  But we are located in Wilsonville.

UPDATE: Thank you everyone that reached out!!! I received significantly more direct responses than on this forum, so I'm looking forward to a great turn out.

We're still working on finalizing a venue and have received a few different tentative offers to host. I'll be sure to post an update here once we finalize on a date/time/location.

My next ask - are there any topics that people would want to see covered during the presentations portion of the meeting? Either from NI or industry. Any additional feedback on what you would like to see (besides free pizza and beer - that's a given) would be great!

There is a LabVIEW user group meeting happening next week for the Seattle LabVIEW user group, see post here: https://forums.ni.com/t5/Washington-Community-Group/Seattle-LabVIEW-User-Group-Meeting-2023/td-p/427... .

The user group meeting is being hosted by Fresh Consulting on May 9th from 6-10pm. Fresh Consulting also has an office in Portland, OR at 811 SE Stark St Suite 300, Portland, OR 97214. I will be hosting an in-person remote viewing session for the meeting at our Portland office. We will sign into the meeting and watch remotely on a projector. We can then have our own in person discussions and Q&A.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
