a colleague made an application the controls PXIe chassis boards for us to use and his install produces the following error message:
the "NI-Serial runtime 20.0 64-bit" installation has failed
we tried installing updates to the Dell drivers and he re-structured his install, he said it's worked on the other laptops he has installed to.
We are stuck and need help.
Any suggestions?
