Connection issue

After I rebooted my computer for some accidental issue, I found out my NI devices cannot be controlled by my computer. The error message looks likes this if I click self-test . Similar things occur even if I click 'reset' on the panel.

It seems that you PC didn't like something through the reboot process.

My initial thought was to completely reset the system:  Turn off your PC, turn off your PXI chassis, wait about 10 seconds, turn on your PXI chassis, wait about another 10 seconds to make sure it is fully up, and turn your PC back on.

After a few more seconds of thinking, it might be that your PC is set to "fast startup" mode.  Many devices are not properly discovered if that is turned on.  It is a setting in the Power Options where you define what the power buttons do.
