Since I don’t have documentation specifying the memory, I was wondering if it’s possible for NI support or any community member to help me verify the memory size by using my device’s serial number. You can use the part number on the module. Here are the part numbers for the different 5114 form factors and their respective memory.

Part Numbers:

195681x-01L NI PCI-5114, 8MB/CH
195681x-02L NI PCI-5114, 64MB/CH

192897x-01L NI PXI-5114, 8MB/CH

156860x-02L NI PXIe-5114, 128MB/CH

The "x" here is a placeholder for whatever hardware revision you have. On yours, it'll be a different letter, but it's the number after that dash that matters.
