I’m reaching out for assistance in determining the onboard memory size of my PXI-5114 high-speed digitizer. I understand that the PXI-5114 offers several memory options (8 MB, 64 MB, or 256 MB per channel), and I’d like to confirm the exact configuration of my specific device.
Since I don’t have documentation specifying the memory, I was wondering if it’s possible for NI support or any community member to help me verify the memory size by using my device’s serial number. If there’s a straightforward way to find this information or if there are alternative suggestions, I would really appreciate the guidance.
Thank you in advance for any help!
Best regards,
Chen

You can use the part number on the module. Here are the part numbers for the different 5114 form factors and their respective memory.
Part Numbers:
195681x-01L NI PCI-5114, 8MB/CH
195681x-02L NI PCI-5114, 64MB/CH
195681x-03L NI PCI-5114, 256MB/CH
192897x-01L NI PXI-5114, 8MB/CH
192897x-02L NI PXI-5114, 64MB/CH
192897x-03L NI PXI-5114, 256MB/CH
156860x-01L NI PXIe-5114, 16MB/CH
156860x-02L NI PXIe-5114, 128MB/CH
156860x-02L NI PXIe-5114, 512MB/CH
The "x" here is a placeholder for whatever hardware revision you have. On yours, it'll be a different letter, but it's the number after that dash that matters.
