How to connect the computer and the acquisition card, and input the measured signal into the computer

What is the best way to connect the pxie 5172 to the computer? Use a network cable or HDMI or other methods, I think this model only has an hdmi output port

NO - it is not an HDMI port, do not connect anything HDMI to it.

AUX0 uses an MHDMR connector (which is also used for HDMI) and routes CLK and other auxiliary signals.

PXIe-5172 has to be installed in a PXIe chassis, this chassis either can have an embedded controller (PC) or connect to an external computer over one of the MXI cards or Thunderbolt.

Thank you for your suggestion, it is indeed installed inside a Chassis, so in this case, how is the voltage and current signal collected by the acquisition card transmitted to the computer, and is it through the data connection between the Chassis and the computer?

Signals go into the inputs on the front of the instrument as highlighted below

You need to share a lot more information on your chassis model and what is installed on slot 1 to explain how the data is transferred to the PC.
