Hello everyone,
I am working with a system that includes a PXIe-4340 module connected to an NI TB-4340 terminal block, and I’d like to know if it’s possible to directly measure a Type K thermocouple with this setup.
I’ve tried configuring the measurement as "Thermocouple" in NI MAX, but I can’t seem to see any physical channels. Is there any additional connection or setup required to make the module recognize the channels?
If this configuration is not compatible, would it be possible to use an amplifier or some external device to condition the thermocouple signal and make it compatible with this module?
I appreciate any guidance or suggestions you can provide.
