Issue with PXI-6683 Error -1073807360 occurred at (sub) niSync Initialize Advanced.vi

We have a PXI6683 installed into PXIe1062Q chassis together with a PXI8105 controller.

The test panel gives error on following tabs: 1588, Generate event, Time stamp.

The error is 

Error -1073807360 occurred at (sub) niSync Initialize Advanced.vi

Possible reason(s):

Driver Status: (Hex 0xBFFF0000)

The PXI sw installed is, among other, v.19.

The examples provided by the Labview also do not work. Everything is tested on two different, clean installed, PCs running Win10+LV 19.

Does anyone know what is the cause of this problem, as we're unable to resolve the issue?

Hello, Marko_Jurcevic. 
This error is typically associated with the NI VISA Driver. Make sure that this driver is installed and up to date. It is recommended to reinstall or software repair on the NI VISA Driver.
If this does not work, a good next step would be to software repair or reinstall of drivers built on top of NI VISA.
