NI PXIe-8108 not working

Hello, I bought on the Internet controller PXIe-8108 on the Internet and it turned out to be broken. Externally, there is no damage, but it does not work in any case.  The controller does not run and do not light bulbs on it. Where can you go to be repaired? Thank you

Hi,

You must obtain a return material authorization (RMA) number from NI before returning any products to NI for repair. An RMA number must be issued whether the repair is covered by repair program or not. Customers can obtain RMA numbers by contacting National Instruments online or by phone at (866) ASK-MYNI or (866) 275-6964 call.  You will need to have the serial number for the device handy when you call in.
