We are using some of these modules in an ATE unit.  The unit is currently reporting tested equipment as failing, but the equipment being tested is not faulty.  The module is normally running under s/w control which steps fairly quickly through the tests that use this module.  When the same test is run under manual control, it works ok.

We therefore think this is either due the relays ageing, so are switching too slowly for the change of state to get picked up under s/w control or that there is some config or calibration on the module that has changed.

Has anyone else seen a similar failure?  If so, what was the cause identified?

It is hard to comment as you have shared more details about your DUT and test setup involving 2566. You would need to isolate the 2566 and conduct extensive tests to see if it is really the instrument the root cause of your failure or is it your DUT itself has a corner case that makes it fail when tested at a faster execution speed.
