I'm trying to create a synchronous signal between 2 parts of the NI PXI-1082, the first location is the digitizer and the second is PXIe-4492.
I send a signal using the digitizer and receive it from the other end, and I collect a vibrational signal from PXIe-4492 and read it on the display.
Is this type of synchronicity possible? If not, can I use PXIe-4492 as both an input to the data acquisition and an output from the data acquisition?
Kind Regards,

Dear Ali Fakhreddine,
Yes you can synchronixe multiple modules present in the PXI chassis.
The best way of doin it in your case is to use PXI backplane triggers.
You can generate a PXI backplane trigger from your digitizer and give it as a start trigger to your PXIe-4492.
Below link will guide you how to acheive his kind of synchronization.
