Hi,
I send same question on last friday.
The digitizer we are using has a error occurred.
we are using wondows 8 computer, running Max program.
The Error code is 200313 occurred at Self-Test.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can take:
- Try the 5105 card in a different slot in your chassis or even in a different chassis, to make sure it is not a chassis problem.
- Make sure the version of NI SCOPE you are using is compatible. You could consider updating to the newest version, just make sure you check compatiblity. http://search.ni.com/nisearch/app/main/p/bot/no/ap/tech/lang/en/pg/1/sn/ssnav:ndr/q/ni%20scope/
- Force Windows to re-detect the device and driver. Do this in Windows Device Manager by deleting the device and then selecting Action>> Scan for New Devices to re-detect the hardware.
Error -200313 from the PXI-5105 often results in an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to repair the device. Try the above steps, and if the card is still giving you the same error then create a service request so you can work more closely with an Applications Engineer to start the RMA process.
