I have a PXIe-1062Q chassis connected with a computer via a PXIe-8360 (MXI-Express link.), two more slots are populated with PXIe-4141 (SMU) and PXI-2532 (switch matrix).
Lately and, mostly at morning when I power-up the system, the chassis stops responding with the led at the power button blinking red and the power led of the PXIe-8360 blinking red. I need to power down the computer, unplug-plug the chassis from power source and power up again to regain communication. The whole cycle can happens a couple of times (today it was three times) and then it will work just fine.
I seems like a power supply problem for me, but I would like to have more data before trying to repair or replace the chassis.
Is there a tool to get more diagnostics or a log file of any kind?
I tried to find firmware update for the chassis and the PXIe-8360 cards unsuccessfully. Anyone knows where can I find some?
