PXIe 5785 stopped working

Hi, I was working with a pxie 5785 board, suddenly the system stoped working and the system didnt recognized the board, please help me and give me some advice , I attached the device manager and the NI MAX image that can not recognize the board properly. Is it a driver problem? or my hardware is damaged? how can I resolve the problem?

 thank you in advance

Looks like the FlexRIO driver is not installed.

Thank you for your response, would you if I ask you that is it a common problem that a driver does not work suddenly? I don't know which driver is missing, I have installed all the drivers.

Could be PXI platform services or FlexRIO.

Could you post a screen shot of the installed items as shown in NI Package Manager here?

Hi, thank you for following up my problem. there are a huge number of software installed. I took a shot from flex RIO's installed drivers.

Thank you in advance for your help.

You need to have LabVIEW, LabVIEW FPGA, FlexRIO, and PXI Platform Services

PXI and FlexRIO must be installed after the LabVIEW parts.  Maybe you installed them not in that order.  I'd uninstall and re-install.

Dear Terry,

Thank you very much for your help, I have done your suggestion about the order of installation but its not worked and the board is not recognized by my system. the status is as before like  the images in NI_max which I sent in my previous posts, do you have any other suggestions? does the board have any hardwired reset which can help? is there any other way which I can communicate with the board?

thank you in advance

Iman
