Hi,
I'm running LabVIEW/HSDIO 2019, (all latest SW/ drivers etc. installed.) and it seems that the Test panel for the 654X cards is no longer available in MAX.
This was a very useful feature to debug any HW setup issues with this card. Has this been intentionally removed?
Thanks,.

Hello,
I can confirm that this is intentional. HSDIO 19.0 and later will no longer ship with a test panel option in MAX. I will pass on your feedback, however, such decisions are made to keep uniformity with whole ecosystem.
If this is the answer you are looking for, please mark it as solution. Otherwise, please let me know the further queries. Thank you!

Hi,
Just realized that you have removed this very useful functionality from MAX. Are there any ways to get this functionality elsewhere? Are there any sample code in LabView that can replace it?
Sometimes it seems that you are neglecting the customer experience of their purchased products in order to enhance other products in your portfolio.
Best Regards
Magnus

Hello Magnus,
If you have the associated drivers (NI HSDIO), you can find the examples in :
NI LabVIEW>>Help>>Example Finder>>Search "HSDIO"
or
NI LabVIEW>>Help>>Example Finder>>Browse>>Hardware Input and Output>>Modular Instruments>>NI-HSDIO
or
C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2019\examples\instr\niHSDIO
You can find the information and requirements for each example in example finder.
Let me know if you have a question.

Hi Kamran,
Yes, i know where to find the LV and C examples, but as far as i can see these do not out of the box replicate the behaviour of the removed test panels. What i was looking for was some more developed sample code that could actually do that.

Any luck to find a replacement for the PXIe-6556 test panel in MAX v19+ ? I am looking for the test panel for 6556.
