device not recognized in PXI real time

i have hardware as below:

1. PXI-1071 chassis

2. PXI-8840 controller

3. PXI-6621 card

software:

1. Labview 2014 and RT on PC

2. DAQmx2014 on PC

3. ALL the drivers installed on 8840controller

now, the chassis and the controller are found below remote syste, However, the  PXI-6221 

card not recognized by  MAX.

Anyone know why?

Only 6221 cannot be found? Do you have other card that can be tested? Maybe 6221 is damaged.

安装的驱动版本需要跟软件版本匹配，否则也可能检测不到

Hi~ 我这没有其他板卡可以供测试了。。。。 机箱和控制器都监测到了~ 另外，PXI-6221在windows平台下可以监测到，并能正常使用的~ 在windows平台下，我安装的是DAQmx2014版本，在real time 2014下我也将这个驱动安装到了实时控制器下。 我查了手册，PXI-6221应该是被DAQmx 2014支持的。
