With the FSL0010 synthetizer connected to a PC with a USB cable, I get an error messsage from QuickSyn Lite software after I select the comm. port :
"Error -1073807360 occured at property Node (arg 1) in VISA Serial Port (Instr).vi->FSW Open.vi->QuickSyn Lite SFP.vi
Possible reason(s):
VISA: (Hex 0xBFFF0000) Unknown System error (miscellaneous error)."
Any hint on how to solve this issue?
We tried with various computers and USB cables.
