Phase Matrix FSW-0010 communication issues

Hello,

We have two QuickSyn Phase Matrix FSW-0010 devices. One always works, while the other one keeps on having issues.

After turning the power supply off and on, the PC fails to communicate with it properly. Please see the screenshot. It gets the 10MHz ref from the working phase matrix.

Any help is appreciated.
