OPAL-RT and National Instruments will present their new collaboration, running OPAL-RT’s eHS on NI RIO FPGA hardware for sub-microsecond power-electronic simulation. The solver supports power electronics and power systems models from industry-standard environments like Plecs, SimPowerSystems, PSIM and now Multisim, allowing quick and straightforward integration from circuit editor to FPGA-based high-speed simulation without any FPGA coding or compilation.
