I found a cable but don't know where used to. (PN: 3-2100-24, SN 0062V)It could be an RF related cable, but I'm not sure.

From the looks of it, yes, most probably a co-axial cable with SMA/B connector. Can you share the pic of the connectors and pins?
The PN doesn't look like NI's, but rather made by some other manufacturer.

From what I recall, these are 2.92mm VNA cables that used to ship with Copper Mountain VNAs
