Cannot see all cRIO-9074's in MAX

Hello,

We have a data acquisition/control structure that has six cRIO 9074's connected through an unmanaged network switch.  Only four of the six controllers show up in max but I can ping all six of them...We had a spare controller and I put it in place of one of the two controllers that are undiscoverable and it showed up in MAX, does this mean I need to send these two units in for repairs or is there something else I can try?

There are a few things you can try. First of all, can you see the cRIOs when plugged directly into a computer?
