Formatting a cRIO without credentials

I need to recover a cRIO 9022, the issue is that I can't format it because I don't have the credentials to do so.
I have tried to load an image with a USB stick but it doesn't seem to respond (maybe the image is not the correct one), this cRIO doesn't have a monitor so I understand that the only way is to boot it with the correct image for this version of cRIO. isn't it? How can I get it?
