Hi all,
Can I download the entire LVRT 2010 SP1 module somewhere, instead of just hte patch / upgrader? The reason is something with my components is messed up. I can install the minimal version of LVRT 2010 SP1, but apparently I am missing other pieces. This screen shot of the software installer in NI-MAX pretty much shows the problem. As you can see, under Labview realtime 10.0.1,
the "full" Fieldpoint 6.0.9 option is grayed out.
Missing components:
full list of said components:
Remote Panel Server for LabVIEW RT 3.1.0 (not available on host)
Network Variable Engine 1.7.1 (not available on host)
Network Streams 1.0.1 (not available on host)
Run-Time Engine for Web Services 3.1.0 (not available on host)
NI System API 1.1.6 (not available on host)
DataSocket for LabVIEW Real-Time 4.8.2 (not available on host)
NVE Core 1.7.1 (not available on host)
EPICS Server I/O Server 1.7.1 (not available on host)
Variable Client Support for LabVIEW RT 1.7.1 (not available on host)
NI cURL 1.0.1 (not available on host)
EPICS Base 3.14.9.3 (not available on host)
SSL Support for LabVIEW RT 3.1.0 (not available on host)
NI System Configuration 1.1.3 (not available on host)
Any ideas on how to get these components?
Regards,
MarkG

I think this may be because your 2010 LabVIEW Real-Time Module may be missing those images. This could be due to a bad installation or corruption.
Could you attach a max technical report so I could check to see if this is the case?

Absolutely! I attached the zip file. Thank you Zach!

It looks like you don't actually have the 2010 SP1 LabVIEW Real-Time module installed. I only see Real-Time 10.0.0. not 10.0.1. When you upgraded to 2010 SP1 did you install all of the corresponding modules?

I don't believe I either managed to find the right files to upgrade the Realtime module, or the installation didn't go right. Should a de-install and re-install the realtime module?

You'll need to install the 2010 SP1 LabVIEW Real-Time Module. It's also likely that you will need to repair your NI-RIO driver after the installation.

Where can I download the entire 2010SP1 realtime module?

That depends on your service contract and what your serial number can activate. Both are information I wouldn't recommend posting to the forum. From here on out it would probably be best to get in contact with your account representative. If you don't know who that is I would recommend calling into our support line 1(866)275-6964 and we should be able to set you up.
