Sourcing and sinking currents

I am totally confused with the power requirement specification in “NI R Series Multifunction RIO Specifications”, page No. 5.

I am using NI PXI-7813R. My question is

1. How much current each +5V terminal can provide, if I use them to supply power to an external circuit? I understand there are two +5V terminals in one connector and there are 4 connectors in NI PXI-7813R. I do not have any disc drive connector.
2. What is the maximum current each DIO terminal can source and sink? Is it 4 mA?
