When i'm installing software on the controller I receive Error -2147220621

controller is NI cRIO-9014 , can't intalling software on the controller ,how i can fix this.

This behavior was reported 2 weeks ago and it was escalated to our R&D department and it has a CAR reported (correction action request): #377200. At the moment we don't have a work around for this issue. We apologize for this inconvenient.

I don't know if this has been resolved, but I was getting the error and found that my cRIO was locked.  After unlocking it, the image deployed without problems
