cRIO-9022 admin password reset, and firmware

I have a cRIO-9022 and I don't know the admin password, as the guy who last worked on it left.  I don't mind doing a factory rese on it, if that helps recover the password. What is the correct procedure?

This unit is running VxWorks.  I put a fixed IP address on ethernet 2 so I can communicate with it.  The firmware version is 2.1.2.  I understand VxWorks isn't used any more, can the firmware on this unit be upgraded to linux?

The cRIO-9022 does not support NI Linux RT. You are also going to be stuck on an old (unsupported) version of LabVIEW. I don't recall the exact version, but 2018 rings a bell.
