update firmware on sbRIO 9627

When I attempt to load the recommended software image to the board I get the following message:

Error formatting the disk

A firmware update is required before installing.

Current version 4.0.0f0

Required version 7.0.0

When I go to load the firmware, I can't find the firmware folder.

I checked 'Program Files (x86)/National Instruments/Shared' and 'Program Files/National Instruments/Shared' with no luck.

Is there another location where I might find the firmware?

I found a new version of the firmware that allowed me to load the software.  I was apparently missing a software package, although I'm not sure which one resolved my issue.  From NI package manager I clicked on the gear icon to the right of the NICompactRio drivers and installed all of the additional packages.  One of these packages had the firmware I needed.
