Error 6101 occurred at ModBusVIEW TCP

Dear all. I install the Modbus view and when i use:

Then I configure the ip and port of one device(power meter with serial communication and thet tcp router so the protocol is modbus over tcp)

the Id number is 1 and i want to read holding register but here is the error msg.

Could you give me some advice to fix it:

Thanks for using our addon,

If you take a look on the documentation of the toolkit, the 6101 error correspond to a timeout error.

A timeout error often occur when you can't communicate with your device. Are you able to ping your device ?Could you tell me which device your are trying to connect ?
