Unable to activate ModBusVIEW over TCP

I followed the instructions in the e-mail that had the License ID and Password in it, however, all that occured is that my evaluation time was reset to 30 days.

I tried activating again and the response was a "failed to activate' message. I included a screen cap below.

Any suggestions?

Regards,

Rick Howard

Hello Oliver,

I have a same issue: after purchasing GMODBUS/TCP can't activate it. Using from LabVIEW help menu "activate add-ons" button and getting an error message:"The following add-ons failed to activate. License ID and Password combination not found on server".

Regards

Armen

I'll be happy to help if you give me more details ? When and where (saphir website or ni website) have you bought your license ?

If this is an activation issue, I encourage you to contact us via support@saphir.fr.

Olivier
