HI every one technical experts

our company is one of the biggest company in bearing production and we use the NI 1722 SMART CAMERA in production lines for vision checking exact mounting condition in bearing product. we have new issue in startup and starting machine : when starting camera the led light (status) is stand in red error condition and no connect to software and run. can anyone help me what was it in this problem. i attached the camera and error led light state pictures. by this request.

As per the user manual of NI 1722, it looks like you need to contact NI for support or send for repair.
