Hi to everyone!
I am a beginner in using LabVIEW and I would like to have your pieces of advice concerning the choices of my sensors.
I want to use two different type of sensor with the NI card 9219.
- a HBM sensor U9C/+-50kN (please see attached file b3812) : output 1mV/V
Should I configure the 9219 in full bridge mode? In voltage mode?
- a MTS sensor 85075-10kN : output 2/3mV
In fact, I want to know if I have to use an amplifier module for this sensors and if you have experiences with them, are they suitable for use with Labview?
All information you have would be very useful for me because I am not familiar with the use of hardware for LabVIEW at the moment.

The user guide of the 9219 tells you how...
Table 4 and Fig 15 😉 😄
in MAX you can create a task and the assistant should guid you ...

I never used MAX at the moment, we will buy it and I have to learn it alone...
It is the reason why and wanted to have some pieces of advice to know if I had to look for an amplifier module or no. If somebody has ever use this type of sensors.
I hope it will be easy with the assistant.

MAX (MeasurementAutomationeXplorer) comes with LV and the NI 9219 driver cd....
If you have LV and DAQ dirver installed, you usually should find MAX already installed. (Windows OS, can't tell for other)
create a task ... finally you will get a wire plan
I could reproduce it, because in MAX you can create a simulated device (9219 here)
The 9219 supports resistive bridges ... RTFM 😉 no need for an additional amplifier.

Great thanks. That is what I am looking for.
P/s: I have a load cell with 10V excitation but Ni9219 only can supply up to 2.7V. Does it matter?

The bridge output is ratiometric ... mV/V
Should work
