Necessity of a bridge completion module for NI-9235

Hello everyone,

Do I need any external bridge completion module, like NI-9949, for reading a non-amplified strain gauge output using NI-9235 module, or the NI-9235 module includes built-in bridge itself?

The NI 9235 provides connections for eight 120 Ω quarter-bridge input channels.

so ... as long as you have a quater-bridge , no problem, connect it as shown in the fantastic ( 😉 ) manual

What type of sensor do you want to connect?

Thanks for your response. Yes, that is it. I'm gonna connect a 120 ohms strain gauge in quarter-bridge config.
