size of output by ADC is different from the calculated one

Hello!

I am using NI PXIe-5641R Transciever. I am using 100 MSPS from the clock as my sample rate and a decimation of 4. I am saving the output from the instrument to a file using a timer. What I am getting is the size of the file is very less compared to the calculation i make according to the decimation and the sample rate. 

What can be the problems and its expected solution?
