LV and ARINC

Hi!

Is there someone who works with an ARINC card and LV, too?
I don't know if my problems come from the card or from LV

I have a vi from Condor, this example works irregular. Sometimes there is no problem and it works great and one second later, without any changes in LV, I have problems.

I am using CEI22032.dll for one of my Labview 2018 application on windows 10 but whenever my application calls the dll , labview application crashes and unable to load the dll. This dll was perfectly working fine with Windows Xp and labview 8.6 application.
Need support to get the DLL working for my application.
