OK, I'm new to this, I didn't even know there was a group like this here in the Melbourne area.
Now for the "real stuff", has anyone done anything with X-10 Home Automation equipment in LabVIEW?
Thanks,
Bob

I did some Labview X10 stuff before. It was a controller (sorry forgot the model and cannot find it on line will look tonight when I get home) that had a RS232 interface. This was years back. I may can find the Labview software that I did.
It was NOT for the CM11A controller.
I also tinkered with a X10 device called the Firecracker. It used the RS232 control signals for programming and not the TX/RX lines. Only figured out how to control stuff with the firecracker and Labview, but never did much with it.
It all was fun and easy.

Bob;
Thanks for the info...
I have a firecracker and the "new" controller, I forgot the model, I will get it tonight. Do you have any of the code for the firecracker, still?
I don't have the CP290, I do know that.
But, I will take anything you have, and try it.
Thank you very much,
Bob
