cRIOs show as disconnected on the SystemLink server under system management.

I have 8 cRIOs connected to systemLink server(running in a VM). The network has a firewall which have ports opened according to this article - https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z000001DdxbSAC&l=en-AU.

The ports that have been opened are as below. 

We have to restart the cRIOS and they are shown as connected. This happens at least once every day with different cRIOs. The cRIOs can be accessed using the remote panel.
