RoboRIO 2.0 Needs Repair; RMA Request

Dear NI Support Team,

I am reaching out on behalf of FRC Team 1678 Citrus Circuits and we are currently experiencing issues with one of our RoboRIO 2.0 units. The RoboRIO 2.0 (SN: 322388C) continuously gives us an Unrecoverable Error and hasn't worked whatsoever for its purpose.

Below are the serial codes and MAC addresses for the RoboRIO 2.0 in question:

RoboRIO 2.0 Serial Code: SN: 322388C MAC: 00802F32FD66

Please let us know the address to which I can send these units to start the RMA process. Further details can be given if needed. Thank you in advance for helping resolve this issue.

Our software team has already ran through that full list prior to the posting of this thread, so we should be set to proceed. However, over the past few days another one of our RoboRIO 2.0s has undergone the exact same issue, which we have likewise undergone the same procedures to ensure we could attempt to fix it, though it has only yielded the same results. As such, we want to add it into this RMA request, with the information for it as follows:
