RoboRio 2.0 not turning on

Hi. We are FRC team 5990 TRIGON.
Recently, our RoboRio 2.0 stopped turning on when connected to power. We verified power is coming in using a multimeter, but no LEDs are on and the rio isn't detected on any network. 
Would love it if we could sort it out,

After cleaning the rio from the inside is workes again.
