Roborio 1.0 Unrecoverable Error

1. We (8129) Have a Roborio v1 in unrecoverable error mode (status lights constantly flashing)
2. I have tried to enter safe mode (by pressing the Reset Button for 5 seconds):
   1. When I press the Reset button the Status Light turns off
   2. After 5 seconds the Status Light turns back on
   3. Then after a while, the Status Light starts flashing again
