Roborio 2.0 - Unrecoverable error

Hello,

Whenever we power on our Roborio 2.0, the power status light turns red. A field volunteer at one of our competitions back in March told us that our Roborio had an unrecoverable error, and it hasn't worked since. Apparently, the error was caused by metal debris inside the Roborio case. We tried cleaning the inside of Roborio board and even used compressed air but achieved no luck. We also tried to re-image the SD card. Any help would be appreciated!
