Hello, our roobrio has died, we have only been using the bot for a few days and we taped up all our ports, we were driving it slowly and it randomly just died, we checked voltage on the power connector and it says 12v, what can we do now?

Could you please verify that there is no debris in the roboRIO that could be causing a short? You can use compressed air and a brush to remove any debris inside. Additionally, shaking it vigorously might help.

Can you double-check the polarity? Ensure the positive is connected to the "v" and the ground to the "c".
